Stainless steel S136 is being used for flip top cap mold core and cavity with HRC 45-48 after heating treatment. In order to make the cap appearance looking good, we adopt submarine gate for the injection system.

The folding area is most important part of a flip top cap, so when we make the mold, we pay more attention to the folding area dimension control, so to protect the flip top cap folding area.
